- maintain prep and cleanliness of station you are working
- cook and prepare dishes to standards of chef and sous chef
- prep items for service
- ensure products for use meet kitchen standards outlined by chef or sous chef
- ensure products on menu are available I.E. verbally or written notification when items in storage are low and need to be ordered


- food safe level one or higher
- prior experience in commercial kitchens, minimum one year experience
- cleanliness
- organized
- punctual, shows up for work on time and ready to go when shift starts
- good communication skills
- able to lift up to 50lbs
- physically fit
- decent knife skills
- neat appearance, I.E. hair kept tidy, clean shaven or groomed facial hair
